Venturers are almost entirely self-managing. They plan their own program, run their own meetings, choose their own adventures and take on real leadership responsibilities — with adults stepping back to support rather than direct.

From multi-day expeditions to community projects, leadership courses to overseas Jamborees — Venturers push their personal limits and develop the skills that last a lifetime.

The peak award for Venturers is the King's Scout Award — one of Scouting's highest honours, representing exceptional achievement across all areas of the program.
